Man, there is so much to say about Coach Walton that I can not fit into just a few paragraphs. The love, care, and knowledge he gives to his athletes are unmatched. When I reached out to Coach Walton, I thought I wouldn't get a text back, and if I did, this fantastic, famous coach would charge me a hefty amount. However, I was shocked; he answered in a matter of 20 minutes early in the morning, and asked questions to get background information about me that day and made a program for me right away! I have been working with Luke for about a year and a half, and honestly it is one of the best investments I have ever made. First, he explains to me the phases that we would be working through; every phase is important and has a specific goal. Every month different workouts would be assigned to me, the thing that I love most about the workouts is that every single exercise comes with a video, which is really helpful if you don't know how don’t know a movement. Also, Luke is always present and open to answer any questions.
Probably the biggest challenge I overcame was training like an "athlete" nowadays there are many people out there trying to show you how to do that, but honestly none of them do it. On the other hand, Luke always had a scientific reason on how to train like an athlete.
